In Seams & Stitches, intermediate students will gain advancement in their current sewing skills by learning (10) sewn seams used in garment construction. As well, students will learn about seam finishings to make all your projects look complete and professionally created. This course will be an intimate class with lots of one-on-one attention/guidance in a group class setting.

SEAMS & STITCHES OVERVIEW:

Over the course of a four-hour session, students will learn the following:

- 10 common garment construction seams

- 2 sewn seam finishings : serger, zig zag

Students will be provided:

A kit for making all samples created in class. We will also provide sewing machines.

Students will want to bring their own fabric shears, embroidery snips, pins to use during classtime.

At this time all students will be required to wear masks during the course.
